One thing I don't like is that I make an appointment for what i think is required maintenance but when I talk with the advisor, he pulls out a spreadsheet & I'm advise of different services. I'd like to know all of that before I arrive as well as costs. Otherwise I have no problem.
Arrive with no appointment for my 10,000 maintenance. I was offered assistance immediately. I was promised my car in 1 hour. Within 1.5 hrs I was done and pn my way out.
My Advisor Erin is absolutely the best! She understands customer SERVICE. During the wait for my vehicle, sending notification that additional service is needed, a quick picture of the area they were addressing, would have been nice.
On time and reliable good service and cordial communication
