Yes as always Joe myers has great customer service!
No problems. Appointment was at 11am. I had a little wait but was on my way home by 1pm.
Everyone from the person who checked me in to the service advisor, Joey, who is worked with was very friendly.

I asked for an oil change and state inspection, and that's what I got. While I did get some suggestions for further work, there was no high pressure to get them done that day, and I appreciated that. I'm still a little miffed about having to pay to use a credit card. Cheap!
