Quick service and repair to my vehicle. Professional individuals checked on my warranty and updated me on what would be covered and what my portion of responsibility would be. Upon completion of my vehicle, I found out that the coverage was better than anticipated and invoice was paided in full. I was given prompt refund of over payment.

I really like a service advisor who can explain the recommended/needed service work to me and why it is needed. Also, I like that my car was ready before the promised time.

My experience was not good . I lost my original floor mate at driver side while they were checking the car and asked the advisor about it but no reply and asked again and he said will check but can not find it . Even I have two floor mate but sure I don't like to loss any of them
