I didn't like that I've waited months and no one contacted me about the parts being at the dealership. I also didn't like that the dealership told me that there weren't any loaners available if the vehicle had to stay. I also didn't t like that I was told that in order to get a Lyft that they couldn't because I live 4 miles too far away. I did like the front brakes were complete the same day
