This visit was for a vehicle overheating failure/warranty issue. Zach was very helpful over the phone late the day the failure occurred and set an appointment for the next morning. I had the vehicle towed into the service department. Zach explained the evaluation/diagnosis process and possible charges. The diagnosis identified a loose wire connection on the cooling fan. I am happy the vehicle is ok. I am disappointed this failure occurred. I've owned 3 Toyota vehicles with 200,000 + miles and never had an overheating problem... read more

I was waiting for a battery replacement. The popcorn machine was almost empty. I reported it and an employee made more popcorn. This made the wait a better experience.
