Joe is amazing . I have severe anxiety and buying a house has for sure brought that to an ugly head . Joe although I'm sure annoyed at times made sure to reassure me and keep me in the loop with the whole process ! Getting a loan with Joe was easy and quick! He got me a great rate. I worked with his assistant Courtney a lot. She sent me all the papers i needed to sign. I highly recommend him.

This is my 2nd house and my 3rd refinance. This is the first time using Joe Poropat, and by far the easiest and smoothest experience yet. Joe was recommended to me, so when I emailed him inquiring about refinacing my house, he responded within 15-20 minutes. WOW.......WHERE DO I EVEN START. JOE & BOB WERE TRULY THE BEST. I BELIEVED THEY WORDED HARDER THAN I DID IN THE PROCESS OF THIS HOME PURCHASE! I JUST DONT BELIEVE HOMEWONERSHIP WOULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT THEM. I MEAN THERE WERE BLESSINGS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW LOOKING TO PURCHASE A HOME. Being in the mortgage business myself I knew what was going to be needed, but Joe made sure I understand the order or steps his company had which helped keep me informed on the status of my refinance.
