Joe was very helpful in our recent refinance. He thoroughly explained all our options and got back to us very quickly. We spoke with many other lenders/brokers prior to contacting Joe and none of them could help us with our refinance. He also worked with a different lender to help us with a HELOC loan. It was a quick and easy process working with him. I would recommend his services as they were top notch.

Not Gershmans issue, just many, many phone calls and running around with US bank to get Lien release , had to pay early payoff penalty,waiting for original release to come via mailâ?¦ just frustrating, put our closing back by a month. We both work full time so little time to deal with these type of issues.
