Not being Joe’s fault I would say KB needs to be more in touch with the reality of how the new construction process is when giving someone an estimated closing date.

Well, in the beginning of my experience with KB I had a different loan officer, which was really really bad experience to start the process of locking in interest rate, etc. But near the end of my experience, Joe took over and was absolutely wonderful to work with to finish buying our home. He was always very nice and helpful and flexible on availability, reachable by text, phone or email even up to 8pm the night before for questions! Thank you Joe.
