Joe was very helpful thorough out the process
Communication in the middle of the process was inconsistent and lacking. As this was, our first time going through the process, I did feel like I needed and did not recieve it, a little more hand holding and explanation of things. Kind felt like I was bothering him. Once we were about two weeks before closing, communication picked up and was helpful with the process. I understand every department has its own work. I was asking about the plethora of fees and such.
Joe was very responsive and always available to answer questions. He also helped us navigate this experience which was invaluable because it was our first time buying a home
