Communication in the middle of the process was inconsistent and lacking. As this was, our first time going through the process, I did feel like I needed and did not recieve it, a little more hand holding and explanation of things. Kind felt like I was bothering him. Once we were about two weeks before closing, communication picked up and was helpful with the process. I understand every department has its own work. I was asking about the plethora of fees and such.
