We had minimal interaction with Joe, but when we did he was very timely and helpful. We did have most of our communication through other people on the team that seemed short and off putting when asking questions. The entire team did not seem to understand the ins and outs of military orders for that being the specialty . Before paying our first payment the loan appears to have been sold and we were directed to pay the wrong company. Luckily clarified before the payment was sent.

The absolute worst experience, worst company, and least helpful from start to finish, and even after finishing they still manage to make this a nightmare. Lost paper work on 5 separate occasions, did not return phone calls, didn’t answer questions, and now that the loan is closed, they are still giving me the run around with payment methods. Would not recommend this team, company, or anything associated with them to anyone.
