With us being first time home buyers, there was a lot of miscommunication and mistakes were made. I will not recommend them to friends and family, and we will contact a different lender if we ever purchase another house. Wanted to edit since they replied back, it was my better half that was purchasing the house just in his name. You treated him horribly and there was absolutely NO APOLOGIES then and no communication. He lost a large amount of money because of you and your mistakes.
