Joel has a passion for his job and it shows in the big and little details. His knowledge of the mortgage industry especially Texas ReFi rules was astounding. A huge shout out to his team as well. In indeed takes a village.
I would not recommend going through the mortgage loan process, with anyone else. The use of technology to keep you notified and up to speed was phenomenal! Through each step, you receive informational videos, and the app keeps you in the know in regards to the document process. The team is available and very responsive.
