Joel was great and answered questions promptly and honestly and worked hard to get us what we needed. However, the rest of the team should really work on customer satisfaction, people skills, and ducument management. The entire process was riddled with inconsistent communication, lost documentation, unfriendly attitudes, and a standoffish demeanor towards any asked question concern or rebuttal.
