Joel is the loan officer you are hoping for. The first phone call with him was 1.5 hours long. He took his time to get to know me on a personal level and educate me on the entire process and what to expect. From there his communication was timely and consistent from start to closing. His assistant June is also just as diligent. Joel found me a $10,000 grant towards closing costs!!! As well as he got me accepted through the CALHFA program. I plan to use joel for my future investments.
