Everything was great other than the server. The hostess with the braids was amazing. The food and experience was amazing for me and my friends. However the server was so lackluster (I think it was just this generation). She did not make many food recommendations - other than "that is good", she did not check on us and kept forgetting the condiments and she was too young, she couldn't give any alcoholic recommendations. We really like this place but our last visit was very below par. Once our apps came out our food was rushed out within 5 minutes forcing us to shove the apps down to make room for the dinners. Unfortunately my mother’s dinner was cold so we had to send it back. We were then told we were going to get her first plate comped as they were making it again, to add insult to injury. Food was amazing per usual but service was so-so. Server hardly checked on us and team was eating as we were trying to pay.

The worst that i have ever experienced There was a bug in my drink. The waitress Lucy told the bartender about it. I watched the bartender use a spoon and remove it. She poured the rest of the drink back into a Shaker and put the same contents back into a new glass and had the waitress to bring the bug less same drink back over to my wife. Steak was cold. Server and manager were not responsive and then argued with me that the steak is served cold which was not true. Sadly a beautiful restaurant with what appears to be good menu items but quality and service get a 1. There are better options in Aventura.

THESE PEOPLE HAD ME AND MY SPOUSE SIT THERE FOR 2HRS AND GAVE OUR FOOD TO ANOTHER TABLE. THEN NOTICED LAST MINUTE THAT WE DID NOT GET OUR FOOD. EVERYONE AROUND US GOT THEIR FOOD BUT US.

Food was excellent, the patio was relaxing, and champagne upon arrival is perfection! Service did not match the rest of the evening, it was incredibly slow and impersonal.
We wanted to love this place. Went to one in Canada and absolutely loved it. Server was great, cute as a button but their computer system was down, we felt for them, we know some things are out of their control but… we waited over an hour for 1 cauliflower appetizer, the appetizer came out at the same time as the food.
