Originally, we had a negative experience during the holidays. I purchased $ 300 in gift cards during the holiday season, but wanted to return them because of the poor experience we encountered. I spoke with Brett (Regional Manager) about our experience. However, his willingness to listen, empathy, and care neutralized the situation. He invited us back.
