Experience 1st walking in the door was extremely disappointing from the behaviors of the greeter. I had a reservation for 6 and was completely snobishly overlooked. Once I spoke up and got seated I made mention of it and was given an apology. I was there for the celebration and company of family and friends. Our waiter was fantastic and the food was amazing as always!!

Meals were tasty and the family enjoyed the restaurant - but we were placed in the middle of the dining room with people rushing around us and not really giving great service - likely because I was with my two university student sons and not looking like big spenders. I guess that is what determines the kind of service you’re entitled to. We got seated next to a very energetic 16-top. Our server was obviously distracted because he had to serve quite a few people. I'm positive I got the wrong steak but I was assured by the person delivering it that it was a filet (it was a sirloin). We felt the food and service was sloppy but maybe that's because everyone had to deal with the large party dining at the same time. We were disappointed and will probably choose a different restaurant next time we go out for a special meal.

Our food (steak and udon with katsu) was cold and clearly had been sitting for a while. The appetizer came out almost immediately, however, and, while good, was not worth $13. The food was ridiculously overpriced for the quality we recieved. I used to work at Joey back when it was Joey Tomato's in Chinook Centre as a line cook, pan station. More care and better portions should be taken into account with foods you are selling to people for $35-$40 a plate on average. Service, however, was excellent.

Very poorly treated , food was all mixed up . Nothing special done for my friends bday , had specifically asked . In the middle of eating was asked to pay the bill . No bill provided but just the total Ashes to pay before checking the bill . Not goijg to Joeys agan

We made a reservation for 6:30 pm and arrived about 5 minutes early. We were finally seated at 7:00 pm. Over the 30 minutes we waited they had plenty of tables that we could have been seated at but they were saving them to put together a table for 15 or so people that had a reservation at 6:45 or 7:00 pm.
