The place was packed, so the service was slow, and the food had clearly been sitting before it arrived at the table. We actually had to request a server so we could order our food. I thought both our dishes were just so so but I’m spoiled by being married to a phenomenal cook. On a Friday night I wouldn’t expect anything better at the keg or cactus club. Once more, I feel discouraged by eating out.

Reservation wa delayed by 30 minutes. To make things better I was promised a complimentary appetizer. When I checked my bill after the fact I was charged for the complimentary appetizer. Disappointing.

We went for my wife’s birthday that was noted on the App and was mentioned to the hostess I would think like most other restaurants they would try and make the effort to make the dining experience memorable . The service was well below our regular experience. We waited 15min to have a drink order taken. I had to wait 10 minutes and flag someone down to get a steak knife to eat my steak. We asked for refills for our kids drinks took 25min. If it was a full house or if it was under staffed I could see some of these things happ... read more

The Herb Crush Salmon was decent with a lot of snap peas, which I enjoyed. We also ordered the Joey's Cheeseburger and Chicken Burger. We were disappointed that they used processed cheese for one of the cheese slices, and the fries were hard, overcooked and inedible. We had half portion of the cheesecake which was a miniscule size and the chocolate lave cake is so small (cupcake size). These desserts are absolutely overpriced! service was bad. the whole meal our menus were not collected and remained on our tables. Service spilt water on our dish which spilt all over me, sauce and all. No one mentioned to cover my dry cleaning for the stains on my clothes. I never write reviews but this experience was bad. Cactus Club is much better and Joeys felt like it was a bunch of kids "managing" the place

Waiter didn't ask how our food was. Chicken in the lettuce wraps was over done to a crisp. Overpriced for the quantity of chicken. Sushi cone also overpriced for the three bit size. Waiter didn't ask if we would like anything else to drink once glasses empty. Just made the rounds to his tables, but not timely.

We had made a reservation for 6 pm asking for a booth. When we arrived at 2 minutes before, we entered a very busy place. The hostess acknowledged the reservation and we waited. Then they got confused and took as to a table of other people assuming we were joining them. Then we waited. Then they took us to a table and we reiterated a request for a booth. Took an hour and a half to get our dinner, manager covered food which was great but it was disappointing to wait so long. The two things we wanted to order weren’t available because they ran out of spaghetti somehow. Dined in the bar so we could watch the Canada game and Flames game. Once the Canada game finished it took about 45 min for staff to figure out how to change the channel to the flames game. The game was pretty well over by the time it was changed. Overall the whole thing was disappointing.
