3 of the meals came out cold a fourth meal came out well after everyone was eating. I've been to JOEY Sherway far more capable staff

Dishonest bar manager Sharyn Grewal. I came here on June 26th to host a networking event in the lower event space. Following the event I was using the bar with a few others to have some drinks. People had left and so I decided not to leave my drink unattended as I used the washroom. Bar manager Sharyn Grewal offered to look after my drink however when I returned from the wash room she refused to give it back to me and was complaining that earlier a salt shaker had got broken therefore she could not return my drink. The chicken parmesan was quite disappointing. There wasn't much flavor
Food was good but service was really slow. It took 1.5 hours from ordering drinks and entrees to paying and leaving. Seems like a confused menu - a restaurant that wants to be Italian but serves sushi and butter chicken
Only thing that was good about this Joey’s was the location, musIc and Drinks. Service was horrible, food took forever, It was 9pm when we got there and all the chicken that was offered on the menu had run out for a Saturday night that is really bad, and the bathrooms were Disgusting! Will not be visiting this location again. Very disappointed!!

The only good part about this joeys is the location and the vibe it gives you. Nice music great drinks, but the service is slow. Food is alright.. if you want great food then dine at joeys Yorkdale.
