I am a huge JOEY fan. Always blabbing about it to my friends. While my latest experience there left me wondering what is going on... the food was great. And the wine was yummy. But my service was shocking. Once I got my food my server seemed to forget about me as she chatted to the table of men beside me about how being "broke", her upcoming trip to LA, how she has 66k instagram followers. Arrived at 5:55 pm tonight, and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Left the restaurant at 6:40 pm. Went to Milestones, ordered drinks and food, then received a text a 6:56 that my table was ready. No thank you.
Lunch was really good, too bad our server wasn't! Waited well over 15 minutes for soda refills after asking two different servers because we couldn't see ours anywhere in sight!

I ate there last night to celebrate a friend's birthday and I regret stepping foot in that restaurant. Our server lost interest in making us happy as the evening progressed but somehow wanted a tip for her unsatisfactory service. She took no accountability for serving my table burnt fries instead blamed the Chef as if she couldn't see the fries were burnt. Not sure what was going on in the but my steak was cold and yam fries were hard . I was very disappointed in the food and will never return to that location. I work very ... read more
