Joey/Jessica Jones and their team made it very easy and they were super fast to get my pre-approval for the loan done. We looked at the home the first day it came on the market which was late Friday night and called Cornerstone that Sunday needing a pre-approval letter to put the bid in on Monday because there was already two bids submitted.
