Joey & Jessica are awesome to work with. They are very professional and encouraging and get the job done. We have worked with them on two transactions and one was real bear. Joey and Jessica took care of the loan on our first home, which we just closed on last week! So many things came up in the process including a natural disaster, increase in home insurance premiums, increase in property taxes, and the selling of our loan mid-process to another company.
