Filet Mignon steak, potatoes and veg were lukewarm but tasted good. Could definitely have been hotter. Steak came without steak knives. We had to ask for them. Lava cake dessert and ice cream came without any cutlery at all. When we asked for some, they gave us each a fork and knife, which was useless. Had to use teaspoon from coffee to eat dessert. Nice remodelled restaurant where you are received at the door with a free glass of "bubbly". Noise level is quite high - ask for seating toward the back and away from the lounge/bar area if you desire more quiet and intimate area. Food menu is quite good and varied - very good selection from appys to dessert (burgers, steak, sushi, bowls, salads, etc.) Service was very good; our server (Anna) was very knowledgeable of the food and drinks menu, including the zero-alcohol drinks.

Casual lunch with a friend, we enjoyed a lovely lunch on the patio. Our server was Tyra she was attentive without being obtrusive. Food was excellent as always!

Had a lovely dinner on a Sunday evening. Service was very attentive and food was great! The music sound level made conversation difficult.

Great service, quick and attentive. The food was very good a little higher in price than comparable establishments, but due to the quality and presentation, well worth the price.

Our experience with Joeys Kelowna has usually been positive however this last experience was different unfortunately! Positives were, the ceviche was amazing, the servers were friendly and the renovations were beautiful on the inside.
