Great service, quick and attentive. The food was very good a little higher in price than comparable establishments, but due to the quality and presentation, well worth the price.

Our experience with Joeys Kelowna has usually been positive however this last experience was different unfortunately! Positives were, the ceviche was amazing, the servers were friendly and the renovations were beautiful on the inside. Negatives: we ordered an appetizer and main and everything showed up at the same time. We couldn’t even visit and enjoy our ceviche before we were worried about the mains getting cold. Overall, 4/5. The best burger I’ve had was at the Coquitlam Joey’s and the burger at the Kelowna location was not as good. Service was great. Location is noisy (close to the highway) and the music volume is loud (probably to mask the traffic noise). Decor is nice.

We had a bad experience last time but a manager reached out to me and invited us to come back, I’m glad we did! Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience awesome. My husband has many food limitations but at Joeys they were still so accommodating. We had the new s’more pie and it was so good!
