Joey is a great lending officer,This was my first mortgage experience and he patiently guided and explained all basic questions without any hesitation. For busy professional like me, I prefer best possible rate directly in first interaction itself to grab my business and i think he understood that and provided me best possible rate after couple of email exchanges, I wish bank ask all documents at once, not repeatedly one by one and lock rate for longer duration for new builder properties.Thanks

Everything Mr. Newton handled with the transaction was done on time and correctly, as well as efficiently. He contacted us back quickly when we called, and if he didn't have the answer he followed up quickly. The only issue we had was with the person asking us for the various documents (not Mr. Newton but a woman whose name escapes me). She often asked for documents we had already sent which was aggravating. But for every part that Mr. Newton played, all was done well and I have referred folks>

He was very patient with me on the phone and always listened to any concerns I had. If he was not certain of the answer, he would find out and get back to me promptly.
