Joey was very helpful and prompt and made the process quick and painless. He would email me that I needed to submit a form and then I simply log in and the site tells me exactly what I needed to do. The website is well organized and very easy to navigate. I like that I could do most of it online too. Overall it was a great experience and I have recommended Joey to coworkers and I would use your company again for any mortgage/refinance I have in the future.
