Joey was very helpful during the loan process. He was timely in responding to phone calls/emails and helped me out a ton. The only frustration I had was near closing. We were waiting on the appraisal and I wish I was given more realistic timelines. I talked to Joey and my agent and we set a closing date three days in the future but the VA appraisal hadn’t even happened.
