Joey has a good personality and was quick to answer any questions I had or take care of any issues I had. The one suggestion I have is to provide some kind of general timeline for everything to happen... this happens, then this, then that, etc. so the applicant knows what to expect. It would be nice to have a document to reference and would probably reduce the number of questions.

Everytyhing that Joey did for me was top notch. We had several bumps in the road of which some were my fault. I feel that taking 3 months for a refi is too long.Now that everthing is over I would call Joey again .

Joey was phenomenal. He answered every questions we had with candor, clear information, warm no-pressured tone, and always followed up at every step.Joey is top notch! Once we got to the closing process, the other members of the team often left our messages unanswered, we would get auto requests from the system to upload materials we had already submitted, and parts of the process that would not be easy enough for less tech savvy folks to navigate and that limits who i would refer to.
