Joey was professional and knowledgeable and responsiveness. However the loan officer was not responsible and caused a delay in the closing date which caused me to lose my mover. The team at mutual of Omaha should have been on top of the heir commit me ent to close on time.

The confusion between all parties to be able to purchase the house, along with extra criteria to abide by became a nuisance and stressful. The house was to be purchased "as is" but repairs had to be made and inspections dictated the entire process. An estimated 2 week closing turn into 2 month closing and an extra $1000 in inspections and certifications. It would be really great if there would have been a list right from the beginning!
