Food was ok but my steak was cold, I was never checked in on until the last few bites of my meal.
We are on the patio and there are a lot of flies and wasps.
You know longer serve “sliders” which is what we had come for! Very disappointing. There was nothing else on the menu that was suitable for my guest. She had garlic toast. I ordered crispy mashed potatoes and chili chicken. The crispy mashed potatoes were very good and up to the standard I have come to expect at Joeys. The chips in the chili chicken were stale. Food was subpar. Pita for hummus, half were crispy and half were limp. Same as the fries that came with the fish tacos. Also, one of the fish tacos tasted fishy but the other one was ok. Prawn lettuce wraps were good though. Hostess was seemed checked out and uninterested in being there. Had to ask server for welcome drink after we were seated. Overall, our experience was decent, however, I will say that the quality and quantity of food does not correlate to the cost of the meals. We ordered: Joey classic steak, crispy chicken sandwich, Baja fish tacos, and a few appetizers, a dessert and drinks. Our bill was over $240 and we left hungry (we are not big eaters to begin with). Ordered baja tacos and all I got was a bunch of breading. Bland potatoes and too much seasoning on steak.
The level of care to get customers orders correct the first time is not there. I was not impressed and this was not the first time being disappointed in this restaurant.
Our service was not what we usually experience. The order was incorrect and when we requested the right order the server was rude.
