If I could give Joey Polo Park six stars, I would—one extra just for Alyssa, the guest service manager, who might actually be a hospitality wizard in disguise. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like an A-list celebrity (or at least like someone who didn’t just spend 20 minutes deciding what to order). The food? Absolute perfection. Sat at the bar top and my bartender Parker was so pleasant to talk to. He recommended I try the Super Vanilla Stoked on the menu! 10/10 great drink selection and presentation

Kylie was our server at Joey Polo Park. She was very attentive without being intrusive. Naturally friendly and accommodating. My wife couldn't join us for dinner. so I ordered the hummus starter to take home for her. Kylie, said, I will punch it in closer to when you are leaving so it is fresh for her when you get it home. I had the Pork Gyoza starter- very delicious. I requested the regular mashed potatoes from the salmon entree instead of the crispy mashed potatoes with my 11oz striploin and it was cooked spot on mid rare.... read more

We waited 10 minutes for our cheque. When we were done the sever asked if we wanted desert. We said no thank you. It was not mentioned if we would like our bill. She promptly took off and proceeded to go around doing various tasks. A table behind us waved her down for the cheque, she had a full conversation with the table while we waited and tried to glancing her way in hopes she would notice. It took over ten minutes just to get our bill.
