Food was cooked to perfection. Ambiance was lovely and our server Amber P was gracious, lovely and attentive. Fantastic experience! Will be coming back for sure!
The front of house, Sadie, was so sweet and welcoming. The servers in the lounge were great too. We felt very well taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience at Joey Polo Park on New Year’s Eve! Our server, Kylie, was friendly, knowledged about the menu and very attentive! She made suggestions and explained the menu perfectly! We loved her wine suggestion, the appetizer and all our meals! We will be back! Happy 2025! 🎉
From the warm greeting with sparkling wine at the door, to the beautiful complimentary desert served at the end of our delicious meal, everything about our experience at Joey Polo Park was utterly outstanding. We went on Christmas Eve for my daughter’s birthday. It was great to be able to find a place to celebrate so close to the holidays. Food was delicious and the service was great. Overall a very nice experience.
Came in for a night cap. Server seemed disinterested when I told her I was only interested in a drink. Had to wait several minutes to place my drink order while my server was entertaining a group of what appeared to be friends (note: other servers were hustling hard cleaning tables and making drinks). I almost cancelled my drink since it took forever for her to place it in the system.
Dirty cutlery and a dirty martini glass. She replaced the dirty steak knife. Halfway through the martini, the crusty edge was noticed. I just stopped drinking. The waitress then came to empty the shaker into the glass and did not secure the strainer which then emptied ice all over the table and into the martini.There were no blue cheese olives for the martini. Your windows are quite drafty. When it's minus 20 outside, it's not comfortable to eat.
