Honestly quite disappointed in the experience. Some members from my party arrived and when the server came over she just asked what we wanted to drink she never told us it was happy hour or the specials she was very transactional. She wasn’t very nice and welcoming. It also took over 5 minutes to get our drinks at certain times, even though we could see them sitting at the bar for more than half of that time. I booked the heated sunroom we were told they had staff shortage and system issues so we couldn’t sit out there , but we only found that out 10 mins before we were to sit , I wouldn’t have booked if I had known about the no sunroom access , the waitress also put an order in for an apple dessert for us to the kitchen but the kitchen never sent it out , we waited 20 mins to half hour after dinner for the dessert then had to leave to meet our next outing time, we asked for it to be removed from the bill

MD was our waiter. Only one small issue. He advised heat was only in the peppercorns on the cod I ordered. After this supposed the sliced red peppers were sweet not hot. Were very hot. Tonsil searing so.

I ordered the bang bang chicken and they were terrible… I have ordered bang bang chicken at other restaurants and that was by far the worse I’ve tasted. I didn’t want to complain as another guest at our table had already complained about her whole meal. I paid $48 (with a tip) for a few parm fries, I definitely won’t recommend your bang bang chicken to anyone and the cost of a small order of parm fries that were cold seems a bit outrageous!

Slow service but very friendly. Finished my drink before the server came back to take our order. Forgot to bring us water and we had to ask again.
We were on the heated patio, it was slightly too hot and we were all sweating halfway through the dinner. Service was poor and strange. We were checked in on few times and were left to wait for the bill for 30 minutes after receiving our desserts. New server, struggled with timing made the lunch awkward as we had to ask to take order and get the bill. Long periods in between check ins and had to ask for bill. Requested to purchase gift certificates she told us GM would come by. Waited about 10 minutes and had to leave as no one came by. Big miss
