The food was good, and we enjoyed our meal. However, our experience with the service was disappointing. The server told us that if customers don't leave an 18% tip, the servers have to pay the difference. If that's true, it sounds like the restaurant's tipping policy is unfair to its staff and shouldn't be the customer's responsibility. No server has ever told us this before, so it made us wonder if this is the owner's policy. Loud, dim to the point that I had to take my phone out and use the flashlight to see the menu, not a lot of seafood items if youre looking for that, we left
was told manager would show up and “make it up to you” after a very bad experience day prior, manager not only didn’t show up, she also did not call me as i had requested at the end of my stay. 2days back to back of bad service, not impressed
I’m very unimpressed by my last visit. Extremely poor service. Felt unwelcome.
Been many times and generally find the food to be really good, unfortunately the service seems to be declining.
Checked in at 10:10pm Offered table at 11pm due to booking being bumped, since the check-in reception lady forgot to call us and later booking disappeared from the restaurant list. One of the receptionist lady was so rude when asked why we were waiting despite having a reservation. Later other staff members apologised saying it was their fault. First booking with OPENTABLE and such a disappointing experience that too on my birthday. Not sure who to blame. Thanks anyways!
