RecommendedJoey Rideau was one of the favourite restaurants in our list that’s how we were regular clients. We always sat by the bar we the best service. However yesterday around 5pm once we got the restaurant with my fiancé, she forgot her mask and we didn’t have any extra. The manager Meg Brun reply was “We are not in the business to sale Masks” In a very sarcastic and rude tone “ We are not a supper store ” laugh and left. The restaurant does not take any reservation but it is a first come first serve restaurant they will take your name have you wait for 3 1/2 hours and you will receive a text message saying that they are sorry and cannot give you a table tonight ! Congratulations for ruining the evening!
Super disappointed. Impossible to get in. Arrived at 5pm and were told the wait time was between 75 to 90 minutes, which we were more than okay with. Came back two hours later to ask if our table was ready soon, only to be told that there were 18 groups ahead of us and that we were looking at another 2 hours. When we asked about it, they explained to us that they give clients the 75-90 minutes timeframe but that really it does not mean anything. Not cheap by any means, but definitely a classy experience!
Amazing atmosphere great drinks and the food tastes amazing but the price is a bit absured for the amount your served!
I just love this place.. the food is delicious and the service is perfect
I must say how impressed I was with the staff and meal. The steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster ravioli was to die for!! and that truffle beurre blanc sauce !!!! WOW. Julia S was polite and professional and a true gem. Thank you for our wonderful evening
