Great food, service and venue. I had the yellowfin tuna salad and I really enjoyed the texture and the dressing that was used. However I was disappointed that the restaurant charges HST on the group gratuity of 18%; this isn’t right and I raised the issue with the waitress and the manager who came after but they both did not understand why I was questioning the bill. I would not go back with a big group unless the restaurant changes its billing policy.

I was waiting for a bus and really had to use the washroom so I asked. They made me walk outside to the Rideau mall instead of just showing me the restroom. Appreciated. Probably not going there. Like ever. Good job ladies!

great food , unfortunately they were understaffed ...so service was slower than expected
Horrible... I've been trying to book a reservation for 3 days! No confirmation, and no one calls me back! I've used the online booking and nothing came of it, I've emailed guest services, and still nothing. I've called 3 times and I'm told someone will call me back. What does one need to do to book a reservation?? It's for 14 people, you would think they would want the money?? Guess we'll try somewhere else, I'm done chasing you people around begging for service!

Really enjoyed my farmer's salad. Wish it would have been a little bigger for $19.00. My only real beef was being charged for a coffee refill. My 2 decaf coffees cost $7.00. Seriously? Never encountered this before at any restaurant. Usually one refill is free. But other than that, very nice restaurant and very good food.
