Joey’s is a great upscale casual restaurant. Service is always excellent as is the food. Great for family and young kids. Make reservations as it is busy on the weekends.

Service was on point from the beginning (complementary champagne) to the ordering of dinner. Attentive and overall acceptable. Food was not at all what was anticipated. Ordered the Joey steak med rare and arrived well done. Expected mash potatoe and was given a spring roll. My guests didn’t rave about their meals and simply said they would reconsider returning. Was quite surprised having dined there in the past. Food needs to be corporately revisited.

The food and service was amazing. The parking was a little busy because the mall was still open but had a great experience.

Great location, always delivers - whether for business lunches, special or a romantic occasion! Great staff, consistent high quality dishes and a solid drink menu! Also the decor and ambiance is top notch!

The venue is amazing, the food was delicious. The service was also good despite the place being packed. I would definitely come back.
They are definitely understaffed there. Our waitress was so nice, but she looked stressed and was looking after wayyyyyy too many tables for one person and had no assistance what’s so ever. Everything came out correctly but we probably would have ordered more drinks if there were more servers.

I love Joey‘s. It’s not a place for a quiet dinner for two but the food is fantastic. The service is fantastic at this location and in my opinion even though it’s good sorry better than average quality the price point is reasonable. I love it , the kitchen is spectacular.

As with every experience I’ve had here at Joeys…the food is great the service is terrible. I openly complained to my waiter twice with no apology or improvement in service
