We felt very rushed throughout our visit. It took an unusually long time for our drinks to arrive and even longer to receive refills. Unfortunately, our appetizers were served cold, and one of our entrées also arrived cold. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service or quality we have come to expect when dining at Joey’s.

The Mediterranean bowl I ordered .. the rice was sticky burnt and super cold.. it was the same last time as well but not with other locations… We were hosting a business client and hence had to continue with what was served. Even with reservation we had to stand a bit .. seems we were missed out.. but understandable.. but food quality should be improve.
Reception was disorganized. Wait staff require an education on gluten free. I asked the wait person to recommend a filet menu item. She recommended crispy mashed potatoes. Somewhat concerned I asked for a description of crispy. She said it was like a spring roll. On further inquiry it was re v ealed that the roll contained gluten. Filet and mashed d potatoes were delicious but there was a potential disaster. Getting a reaction is highly unpleasant and can be embarrassing.
The booths are too small for a party of 6. It is very awkward.
Received wrong food, server seemed inconvenienced, we were all charged wrong as well.
6 of us - had reservations for a high table. Squished us into a booth Server didn’t clear empty glasses or plates. Probably our worst service ever at joeys. We normally love the place.
Music extremely loud. Forgot drinks and the 1 drink that should have been a frozen drink was melted when it came. Prime Rib sandwich and Lobster pasta were cold when received. Yes, it was Valentines but management should have been prepared better taking in the fact that it was a special day. Felt very rushed to order and get out.
