Very disappointed with tonight’s service at this location. We waited over an hour instead of 30 mins. We were ignored for 20 mins after being seated only to then receive horrible customer service from the waitress to the quality of food. Will never come back here again.!!!

This was my 3rd time here. 1st Time was great, second time not the greatest, 3rd will be the last. Service wasn’t good, 4 servers during our visit. 1 took my order, 2nd brought drinks (which were weak, very weak), 3rd brought our food (which was not hot) & 4th brought our check & took our plates. $186 later & we weren’t impressed, which is sad because my 1st experience here was really good. I heard the table next to us say they felt like the place has gone down hill. We saw several people standing around watching the servers... read more

Tip a server 35% even though she didn't deserve it. She had fellow co-workers run her food to our table because it was sitting in the window for so long to the other ladies that helped our table thank you so much for picking up her slack. To my server you finesse the bill and passed it to my Dad when I was out having a smoke I was supposed to pay for it because it was Father's day. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I'm if I get her again am I allowed to ask for a different server?
We had a terrible experience...after finding a clothes pin at the bottom of my nachos (which was a 2nd order after the 1st order was prepared wrong), the staff treated our table as if we had done something wrong. It was my order and the server/manager never addressed me. Some of the servers were great, we had a big group (10 people). But over all, they were ridiculous on so many levels. There was no way that whomever prepared this dish didn't see this. And to be treated rudely and then literally given the side-eye by sever... read more
