I enjoy going to Joeys for years. I love how the servers make your experience superb. The reason for my 3 star rating is the food. They changed their menu and the few items I love to order are gone. First their shoe string fries. Why? It's no longer available even for special order. Then my favorite ahi tuna taco is modified. They replaced the slaw with rice. Really? The service was great but the food and drinks were horrible! The manager came and offered to compensate us quickly but I couldn't get past the poor quality of food and drinks.

The steak was incredibly awesome but the wait staff. We waited for someone to take our orders . I went to the front door and by the time I came back, our server was there. Not cool!

We had a table reserved for a party of 12 and when they sat us, it was 3 tables squished together amongst all the booths. We could barely get out of our chairs to use the restroom and barely enough arm room to eat. My husband not long after we sat down was stuck by a sharp nail/screw in the chair when he used his palm to sit down and it had looked like someone stuck glue on it to cover it up. He then checked out daughters chair while she used the restroom and same thing. For what you pay for this place, shouldn't be sitting ... read more
