our dining experience was interesting to say the least. starting with our reservation, our table was not ready on time. no big deal, the host offered us complementary champagne and we all accepted. after finishing our glasses we returned them to her, and she proceeded to refill our dirty glasses to give to the next customer. absolutely disgusting. after bringing the problem to the attention of the manager, he had the wrong host come over and apologize. either way it was entirely awkward and unneeded to embarrass her and have... read more

Service was subpar from the start. We waited a long time just to get water, and when it finally arrived, it was served in half-filled glasses and was warm. Throughout the meal, the server struggled to provide even the most basic level of service—forgetting our drink orders and failing to check in. Overall, the experience did not match the price point of the meal. Disappointing and not worth the cost.

Food is good, but quite expensive for what you get. Felt like a poor value; $9 for a strawberry lemonade is bad enough, but when it’s almost completely ice cubes, you just feel that you’ve been swindled.

Horrible service, slow ! Very expensive and the good is just ok. We ordered sushi, the Chicken lettuce wraps were the best thing we ordered. We ordered the pork chop and it was overcooked and dry, just horrible. I am tired of Open Table recommendations!!! 3 the disappointed by restaurant Open Table recommended!
