RecommendedWe loved it. The staff was friendly!!!! Smiles, happy, and "how are you?" Their employer must treat them well !👍🏾 The zoo was clean, animals all looked well cared for, cool exhibits, good information and visuals provided on the signs in front of each animal, snack stations had yummy food, we came when the Lego sculptures were out. Beautiful structures throughout the zoo. Lots of good seating along the trail. Handicap accessible. Sanitizer and portable sinks are available before/after certain stations and at the exit. RecommendedUnfortunately this trip has had to be the Most disappointing one in the 7 years we as a family make this trip. The exhibits were dirty. The animals were uncomfortable and hiding due to some VERY LOUD construction. I couldn't understand why they're were doing construction during busy season. Disappointed. This is normally a wonderful and magical family trip we make annually. We may have to find a new trip next summer.
RecommendedIts mostly shaded. not super long to walk. nice 3-4hour visit to get through the whole thing. highly recommend.
