Dr Burns is fantastic. I had some deep lines around the nose with some old deep acne scarring around my mouth near the chin. The addition of some filler, Microneedling with PRP and botox for frown lines between my eyebrows and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am about one week out from when it was done and every day I am seeing a fresher me showing through. When I look in the mirror all I can think in WOW. I am blessed to know Dr. Burns and Tracie.
Dr. Burns removed my 30 year old silicone breast implants and did fat transfer on my breast in June 2018. Very happy with results. Scheduled full face lift and neck lift with neck liposuction in December 2018. Results are looking great. Dr. Burns is very caring knowledgable and most important an expert skillfull surgeon. His staff is also very caring and helpful.
I just had my 2nd surgery with Dr Burns. I've had multiple plastic surgeries by several different drs....& he is THE most skilled surgeon I've ever encountered. But it's not just his ability to perform....it's his unbelievable compassion for his patients. He is truly gifted by God & has amazing care & concern that doesn't stop after surgery. He's always quick to respond to emails personally. His staff is also pleasant to deal with, whether it's phone calls or emails.
So pleased with everything from booking to surgery to aftercare. From the moment I decided to book, communication has been a breeze. I traveled to Dr. Burns and it was completely worth it. He was able to remove my implants enbloc, repair my muscles, and return my implants. I’m very happy with how my breasts look!
Dr. Burns and his staff were wonderful. Dr. Burns CARES about his patients and it shows. They took great care of me before, during and after my explant surgery. I was really nervous about the procedure and how I would look afterward. He did not rush me at all during any of my visits and listened to and answered all of my questions. This procedure gave me huge parts of my life back and I'm very happy with my results.

There is not a better plastic surgeon & staff in the country! Dr. Burns hits all of the marks that one looks for when choosing a surgeon. He is educated, knowledgeable, accessible, efficient, compassionate, and brilliant! I had a somewhat complicated triple procedure with a lengthy surgery and he nailed it! The staff on the office side, and the surgery side, are both a pleasure to deal with as well. Stop your search! Book with Burns! It’s worth every penny!

My experience with Dr. Burns was exceptional, from his artistry to his bedside manner. I had an en-bloc capsulectomy with fat transfer, and I could not be happier with the results. I was concerned about the removal of the capsule as well as the amount and location of the liposuction.
