I am so thankful for Dr. John Burns and his amazing team! The staff was wonderful every step of the way. Dr Burns is an amazing and compassionate plastic surgeon. I was very nervous about my procedure and he surpassed every expectation I had before, during, and after the surgery! Recovery has also been easier than anticipated.

Dr Burns is fantastic. I had some deep lines around the nose with some old deep acne scarring around my mouth near the chin. The addition of some filler, Microneedling with PRP and botox for frown lines between my eyebrows and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am about one week out from when it was done and every day I am seeing a fresher me showing through. When I look in the mirror all I can think in WOW. I am blessed to know Dr. Burns and Tracie.
Dr. Burns removed my 30 year old silicone breast implants and did fat transfer on my breast in June 2018. Very happy with results. Scheduled full face lift and neck lift with neck liposuction in December 2018. Results are looking great. Dr. Burns is very caring knowledgable and most important an expert skillfull surgeon. His staff is also very caring and helpful.
