I have had two wonderful experiences with Dr. Burns as my plastic surgeon of choice. I highly recommend him, and the entire staff is amazing. Both experiences were exactly what you are hoping for in a surgery, in a surgeon and with your results. I would never go to anyone else for my cosmetic surgery needs. I'm from Beverly Hills, CA and have access to many top doctors and would choose Dr. John Burns Jr. in Dallas over any/all of my options.
First, the office of Dr. Burns is very efficient. They always run on time, so you are in and out in the timeframe you expect. Second, Dr. Burns is very approachable and listens to you and your concerns. Finally, Dr. Burns is a very talented plastic surgeon. I see him to get Botox. I always look natural and never frozen or with the too highly arched eyebrows. I look forward to seeing him as he is so kind and wonderful, and I know I will leave looking great!
Dr Burns was really efficient, friendly, and professional. I trusted him whole heartedly and I absolutely love the turnout. I travelled for the surgery so I had pre op and surgery all in one day and them my post off the following day. It was really convenient and appreciated! I was with 400cc. I was a 34 a and went to a 34d.
I researched breast implants verus breast fat transfer for a year before deciding on breast fat transfer with the one-and-only Dr. Burns. I determined that I did not want to risk getting breast implant illness (BII) which is VERY common now, and after seeing the before and after photos of Dr. Burns' work from actual patients on Facebook (look up "Explant & Fat Transfer - DALLAS, TX"), I was sold. It's been about 24 hours after I had my procedure. The swelling and bruising has been very minimal. I was expecting to look like I had been stepped on. It still feels tender/bruised a little. So far I'm pleased with the whole experience. I noticed that some of the deeper scars are not flush, but that may take time and another visit in 6 months.
I did a lot of research before making my decision finding a Plastic Surgeon. I am forever blessed that I chose Dr John Burns. I have had 4 babies and my body was beyond repair. I exercise 4 days a week and the skin would not go away. I have my confidence back and my husband and I are beyond happy. Thank you Dr Burns and staff for a great experience from day one.
My experience with Dr.Burns is excellent. He make you feel comfortable when talking to him. Doing procedure they call my family to let them know how I was doing ever 1hr . Bed side manners after procedure was super. Office staff was great also.
I had an extended arm lift, breast lift w/implants under muscle, extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, and lipo. Dr Burns and his staff are true professionals from start to finish. Very friendly and attentive to my questions and needs. Surgery was June 4, 2019 and I am loving my results. Dr Burns is truly gifted and an artist. Staff is great and if I have questions, I simply email a picture and get prompt response. Great all around.
