I was very nervous before my appointment. Dr Burns made me feel so comfortable and I am beyond pleased with my results! Highly recommend him!!! His staff is the best. His nurse Tracie was so sweet and informative. Made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Will definitely be referring my friends to him!

I really enjoyed having Dr. Burns as my surgeon. I initially chose him because he did my aunt's surgery and she looked good. Then I chose him because I had went to another surgeon first and he wanted me to lose 30 lbs before he would do the surgery. I'm 200lbs and 5'2. I like that Dr. Burns did not require me to lose weight. I like being plus size and I feel it's looks so natural because I am plus size. My butt looks very natural. Upon my very first doctor visit I was nervous, but it went away when Dr. Burns staff and himself made feel at ease. Dr. Burns explain the procedures thoroughly. I was excited seeing 3D pictures of myself of options on breast size, I knew at that moment of my decision.

My experience with Dr. John Burns and his office staff was unremarkable! From the first visit in August 2016 to my surgery date November 2016. Dr. Burns and all his staff were the most kindest professional/medical team! I would recommend him to anyone! I love the outcome, I look and feel amazing.

Dr. Burns and Tracie were both incredible during my experience. I initially reached out to the office of Dr. Burns to get an idea of cost for the removal of my breast implants. Tracie responded in a short time and provided me with an estimate for the removal only and an estimate for removal and lift. So on Monday, August 8th, 2016, I drove to Dallas (approx. 45 min) for my treatment. Nurse prepped me by numbing the skin through the five injections. Then Dr. Burns went to work on my skin. It felt a little strange as I’ve never been this numb on my face before. Dr. Burns would ask if I felt anything and I told him surprisingly I couldn’t really feel anything. After having consulted several surgeons, I selected Dr. Burns because he gave me a sense of security...you know, that everything was going to be ok...and it was! A little more than two weeks after the surgery, I'm getting the WOW! factor from all my friends and family...and I'm not even fully healed!!! I was introduced to Kybella by a friend who works in the industry. She felt I would be a good candidate at 62. I decided something was better than nothing and was happy to get an appointment for the treatment.
