My experience with Powerworks was top notch, they were very professional and knowledgeable on the work to be done. Upon arrival we explained what we wanted done and once we saw the attention that the gave to our needs we added on an additional install. We would definitely use them for all our electrical needs Great job!
Excellent customer service.
I needed some items done per a home inspection on my late father's home in Newnan. I do not live in Newnan so I did not know any licensed electricians. John was very obliging in getting to me very quickly so I could complete the electrical part of the home inspection report.before the walk-thru prior to closing.
The worked performed was excellent quality. I also appreciated John Donaldson's Powerworks Electric Company being able to get the job done within a couple of days of the request. The only problem I had was that on the day the job was scheduled I had to call 1/2 hr after they were suppose to be at my residence only to find out that it my appointment was forgotten. He did try to get to my residence as soon as he could but it was 1 hr and 45 min past the scheduled time.
As a woman it is hard to trust contractors. Been deceived too many times. John was wonderful, professional, smart, easy to talk with. He gave me a quote to the penny, he was at the house he next day right on time. He had 2 helpers. I am converting from gas range to electric. He capped the gas. He had 100 feet or so of wire to run to fuse box, installed box for electrical range and even swept my garage before he left.
Very professional, great job and very friendly . Will use this company again.
Polite and honest staff
Techs showed up a little later than promised but once here, did a great job. And price of repair was lower than I anticipated.
