Techs showed up a little later than promised but once here, did a great job. And price of repair was lower than I anticipated.

John was very punctual. He was actually early and we were late to meet at my house. John had to wait a half hour before my wife arrived. He was very cheerful despite having to hang around. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, showing us the short in our wiring and explaining how he would fix it. The work was quick and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his services.
