Dr Foote is truly a caring doctor with one of the best bed side manners I have ever seen with a physician especially one in ER. At a time of crisis and health concern, he was amazing at putting our minds at ease while asking detailed questions to diagnose the problem accurately and correctly. With there more physicians following his example! Truly impressive and rar. Thank you Dr. Foote!
Dr Foote, has seen a few of my family members over the years at CVH... anytime we have an emergency and have to head there, I always hope he is the doctor, his bedside manner is fantastic, and he really knows his stuff. Would recommend him to everyone.... anyone going to CVH emerge should hope to get his treatment.
Best ER Doc at Credit Valley, really knows his stuff. Was completely thorough and spends time communicating with you. (easy on the eyes too!)
He is an intelligent ER doctor who knows how to do his the job!! Really I think he is the only qualified ER doctor at CVH. The other ER doctor (Dr NE) is very incompetent.
We brought our toddler to CVH's emergency room when we suspected she was having a reaction to the first ever nut she had ever eaten. Little did we know how serious her reaction was until she started to go into anaphalatic shock in the emergency room. We know that Dr. Foote and his team, in all likelihood, save our duaghter's life. We are thankful for the professionalism and efforts of Dr. Foote and his team and the calm that they instilled in us on that dark night.
Dr Foote spoke with/saw me for two minutes. He didn't introduce himself, was condescending, didn't let me ask questions, and argued with me about the symptoms I was experiencing. He hadn't read my chart, evidenced by his suggestion of a medication I am allergic to (for an unrelated condition... not part of the actual issue I was there for). I went home sicker than I had arrived, and spent the next 36 hours in immense pain and discomfort (thankfully managed by a different doctor). I filed a huge complaint about this extremely rude doctor named John Foot that works in the emergency department. I also filed a complaint to the head of the doctors also. I was just in the emerg department 20 min ago and the way I was treated and how he kicked me out is not right. I feel discriminated.
