he told me what I had "wasn't gonna kill me" and to just go home. my inflammation markers were more than 3x higher than normal and was in intense pain, but he just wanted me gone.
I had a bad experience with this "doctor". He doesn't explain anything and sent me home with significant pain. He just wants to get you out of the er as soon as possible.
The day this doc stops being arrogant and rude to his colleagues will be a miracle.
This guy is arrogant and rude. I would avoid this doc if you can.
Unkind and missed a hip fracture. Had to return the next day.
John is arrogant and unkind. Makes colleagues feel inferior to demonstrate his knowledge. I get it.. you're smart. But you do not have to put down your colleagues to show how smart you are. I hope you read this john and highly consider how you treat and speak with your peers.
Worse communicator. Discharge patient even though they are not well enough to go home especially when they have an active infection. What kind of doctor that give an order to the nurse to tell patient to go home when patient have concern about going home. Think doc is reckless and certainly unsympathetic about patient's health. Patient well being is not the priority of this doctor. I thought a doctor priority is the well being of the patient....no so with this doctor.
I was in emergency at Mt Sinai for 33 hrs. Blood was drawn, an IV started, tests were completed +medicine ordered. I do not know what was in the IV nor why it was given. The NP said my blood-work was 'beautiful', but I see now that out of 13 biochem results, 8 were abnormal + one was marked 'critical'. Nobody told me this at the time + tho Dr Foote signed off on the Critical Lab sheet as my attending physician, I didn't even get to see him once for explanation.
