I thought we had an understanding that this loan would not be transferred to another company right away. I turned down three other offers for a mortgage because they were up front and admitted they would transfer to another company. John assured me he would not do that. It happened in the first month. I'm now in the process of getting Am First to pick up the mortgage from some flunky corporation in NJ that currently has the loan...and who are in the process of selling it to a third company.

We had stressed over and over that we were not your normal home buyer and we had restraints due to my husbands travel. We closed 8 days late which delayed my contractors. Some items were out of everyone's control but their items that should have been handled in a timely manner; i.e. POA and funding of loan. I completely reworked my schedule to fly to Utah to close and we lost another day because funding was not adjusted. Just a lack of customer service when you are not a normal home buyer.
