It was good. I really liked John..more communication would have been appreciated, often times i would have to try and get ahold of him due to lack of follow up. An there was a point where he chose to only speak to my partner instead of keeping me informed too. i was ignored from then on. We got a home. But the process wasnt at all like i would have expected..my partner had a much different experience..much better
